Our suppliers
We spend a lot of time and care in selecting our suppliers, because their products are the basis of our work. Important to us are short delivery routes, an ecological-natural cultivation method and thus, of course, the traceability of the product origin. Fisher Gubser

Marchhof
The Danner family is the third generation to run the Marchhof, which is located between Flums and Sargans, very close to us. Thanks to advanced dairy farming and the appropriate facilities for further processing, Marchhof also meets the very high quality requirements for the food service industry. The Bad Ragaz-based family business has been producing the finest pasta specialties since 1992. Oil and Choscht Bar
In the old spinning mill we found not only “the place” but also the ideal place for a small fine specialty store. There you can buy olive oil of course and also our Sicilian delicacies from Tasting Sicily – everything from our own production in Sicily. Our specialty is the freshly pressed olive oil – the “Mosto” – directly from the olive mill, available from November to January. Throughout the year there are fresh oranges and lemons, Sicilian oregano, dried tomatoes and tomato sauce from the new harvest, aceto, lemon oil… and whatever else the island has to offer.

Sennästube
Naturally produced alpine dairy products. Our cheese, alpine butter and other specialties come directly from the Tannenbodenalp to the lake. If you would like to make your own cheese in the traditional cheese dairy, you can book this with us. The products are also sold over the counter in the Sennenstube, for personal consumption or as useful gifts →
Trout farm Schwendi
The small fish pond with fresh mountain spring water is surrounded by the magnificent mountain landscape of the Weisstannen Valley. Meinrad and Esther Gmür-Bachmann have been supplying the sagibeiz with top-quality trout for several years.
