Founded in 1890 as a sausage and meat products factory, we combine tradition with innovation and, as a dynamic fresh produce partner, have also been producing high-quality ready meals, delicatessen salads, dressings and dipping sauces since the 1990s. In the old spinning mill we found not only “the place” but also the ideal place for a small fine specialty store. Naturally produced alpine dairy products. Our cheese, alp butter and other specialties come directly from the Tannenbodenalp to the lake.
