History
Our à la carte restaurant with spacious, covered panoramic terrace, open daily from 11:30 to 23:00. - Interior up to max. 150 people - Terrace up to max. 70 people - Fireplace - Lounge

  • I Wood has been sawn here since 1615
  • I The current wooden structure was built in 1937 for the old sawmill
  • I Chips were flying here until the 1950s
  • I From the 1960s, the building was used as a warehouse for the spinning mill
  • I In 2001, the conversion to a sagibeiz began and the terrace and kitchen were rebuilt

    History
    In the sagisteg, with spacious, partly covered outdoor area, breakfast is served from 08:00. The space is suitable for weddings, private and public events, but also for meetings/seminars - also in combination with the seegüetli. - Interior up to 100 people - Outdoor space up to 50 people - In combination with seegüetli up to 200 persons, aperitifs up to 350 persons

  • I The building was constructed as a cotton warehouse for the spinning mill in the 1950s
  • I In the 1990s, the finished products of the spinning mill were stored here
  • I After the spinning mill closed, the space was used as a garage
  • I From 2005, parties, concerts, etc. took place here

    History
    The seegüetli has been added to the site in 2019. It borders directly on the sagisteg and is suitable for creative seminars as well as for events of all kinds. The seegüetli enchants with a wonderful view of the river and the Churfirsten. - Dinner up to 100 people - In combination with sagisteg up to 200 people, aperitif up to 350 people

    History
    The wood store is our newest room, which is mainly used for private and public events of any kind in the summer (as it is unheated). It impresses with the view of the lake as well as the ceiling height of over 7 meters. - Apéro up to 200 people - Dinner up to 100 people - Seminars and wedding ceremonies up to 150 people

    Platform in sagisteg

    The platform in the sagisteg is located directly on the lake and invites you to linger in the summer in dry weather. In addition to delicious drinks & snacks, water sports equipment such as SUPs and canoes/kayaks can be rented here. Appropriate lake access is available. A swim in the cool water is of course also allowed for our sagisteg guests. - Apéros up to 90 people - Dinners up to 50 people - Ceremonies up to 100 people

    seegüetli meadow

    The seegüetli meadow is particularly suitable for wedding ceremonies. However, it also serves hotel guests as a bathing area directly on the lake as well as for smaller events such as tavolatas. - Ceremonies up to 80 people - Apéros up to 100 people - Tavolatas up to 25 people

  • I The section directly on the lakeshore was left to its own devices for a long time
  • I When a large tree on the meadow had to be felled in 2019, this freed up the necessary space for use as a sunbathing lawn and wedding ceremony location

    rail terrace

    The rail terrace with a wonderful view of the lake and the Churfirsten is equipped with tables that roll on the preserved rails. It creates additional capacity on balmy summer evenings and is also suitable for smaller-scale events such as wedding ceremonies, aperitifs or meals at a large table. - Dinners up to 30 people - Apéros up to 50 people

  • I In the past, the ramp was used for the delivery of cotton bales by cargowagon
  • I Since 2017, it has served as an additional terrace with seating for large crowds in the sagibeiz or for smaller private events

    chääsgondeli

    A disused mountain railway gondola, which was originally used in the Wirzweli area (Nidwalden), has found its new purpose on the rail terrace on Lake Walen: The cozy séparée can be used exclusively in winter, e.g. for private fondue or raclette evenings. - Max. 8 people

  • The gondeli was on the road for years for the aerial cableway to Wirzweli, Canton Nidwalden
  • In 2016, it found its way to the Flumserberge. Acceptance was low because it was not "native"
  • Since 2017, after being converted by the company's own employees, it has been in use on the rail terrace in Murg in winter
