Our suppliers

We take a lot of time and care when selecting our suppliers, as their products are the basis of our work. Short delivery routes, organic and natural cultivation methods and, of course, traceability of product origin are important to us. We would like to introduce you to some of our most important suppliers.

 

Marchhof

The Danner family is the third generation to run the Marchhof farm, which is located between Flums and Sargans, very close to us. Thanks to the progressive dairy farming and the appropriate facilities for further processing, Marchhof also meets the very high quality requirements for the food service industry. We are delighted to be able to source high-quality milk, eggs and other dairy products from this local farm and thus keep delivery routes short →

 

Appliq food

Spice sommelier Tina Hauser innovates the food industry and develops unique recipes! For example, our chefs worked with her to create the French fries seasoning that is used in the sagibeiz. You can find various spice blends in our sagishop, and together with Tina Hauser we offer exciting spice workshops for groups of five or more. →

 

Oil and Choscht Bar

In the old spinning mill, we not only found “the place” but also the ideal location for a small, fine specialty store. It sells olive oil, of course, as well as our Sicilian delicacies from Tasting Sicily – all produced in Sicily. Our specialty is the freshly pressed olive oil – the “Mosto” – directly from the olive mill, available from November to January. Throughout the year there are fresh oranges and lemons, Sicilian oregano, dried tomatoes and tomato sugo from the new harvest, aceto, lemon oil… and whatever else the island has to offer.
